How do I unsubscribe my Lollipop Care plan? Will I get any refund if the plan has not expired yet?
You can login your Lollipop account to choose a camera and unsubscribe its Lollipop Care plan.
We do not offer any refunds for fees related to Lollipop Care plans that are on a monthly subscription.
These are billed in advance on a month-by-month basis.
If you cancel your annual subscription,
you’ll get a refund based on the percentage of unexpired Lollipop Care plan coverage,
minus the value of any service already provided.
You can turn off monthly or annually auto-renewal subscription of Lollipop Care anytime.
If I unsubscribe my Lollipop Care plan, will the data be removed directly from the cloud?
After you cancel Lollipop Care subscription,
Lollipop will extend a period of days to save your data in the cloud.
The extended period of days depends on the last Lollipop Care plan you chose before.
For instance, if you cancel a Premier Lollipop Care plan includes 10 days of 24/7 video recording,
you can still get Lollipop Care service until the subscription ends.
After the subscription ends, the cloud will continuously keep your data for 10 days.
After 10 days, your data will be erased from the cloud.
What if I have more than one Lollipop baby camera? Can I use my Lollipop account to subscribe a Lollipop Care plan for all cameras?
Each Lollipop Care plan can only be paired with one Lollipop baby camera.
If you have more than one Lollipop baby camera, and you are considering Lollipop Care,
you need to subscribe Lollipop Care plans for each camera.
How do I get a Lollipop Care plan for my Lollipop baby camera?
